...I'm changing some things on the blog. Weight Watchers is important to me. It's already helped me to lose over 35 pounds. Now, I'm reaching out and sharing my journey. You can expect home-cooked, healthy recipes. No weird processed foods. No added fiber (Fiber One..blech!). Just the same good stuff as always... with Points attached.
I'm looking for new blog design items right now, so we're going to have a period of awkward adjustment.
It's gonna be a great year!
Michelle
Weight Watchers is a FABULOUS program! My ex-husband lost 60 pounds on it without feeling deprived, because he could still eat Quarter Pounders as long as he allowed for the points. I'm trying to get him and Jeremy to move to WW again instead of Atkins, so it will be great to have new recipes with point values to aim them towards!
ReplyDeleteHooray! I look forward to what you're cooking :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! So excited to see the new changes. I lost 80 pounds last year with a low-glycemic diet, and I still have about 30 more to go. I used many of your recipes last year, and I look forward to using many more!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the weight loss!
So glad to hear it! I've been journeying through WW for too long, but still going, and I always enjoy great new recipes!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to the recipes. Congrats on the weight loss... and, I'm going through the same changes on my blog... guess it's early spring cleaning time! Come visit when you can...
ReplyDeleteYAY!! How exciting for you Michelle!! I think it's fabulous that you are changing your blog to fit the changes you are making in your life! I can't wait to see what you'll be cooking. Weather we are counting points are calories, it's always good to have a place to go for healthy recipes!!
ReplyDeleteExited, can't wait to see your growing pains on your new blog, and WW recipes.
ReplyDeleteHow exciting! Congrats on the weight loss. I've been pondering the idea of joining WW myself. Looking forward to the new changes.
ReplyDeleteThat will be great to get some home cooked WW recipes on here! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteMichelle, congratulations all around! First off, on your 35 pounds of weight loss. That is awesome. What an accomplishment! I'm sure you already know this, but I would bet you'll lose a lot more weight once you get to Germany as the foods aren't loaded with preservatives and walking is a much more standard way of living.
ReplyDeleteAlso, congratulations on your blog changes. I know you were unsure of what you wanted to do considering your blog url was dated with 2010. It's cool that you're figuring out what you want to do with it. These things take time, but your new theme sounds like one I'll be happy to keep following. :)
I read recently that people will follow if you just blog about what you're passionate about and love. Being true to yourself is the key, and it seems to me that you're just naturally doing that. I really enjoy your blog. I look forward to seeing what you come up with, and I can't wait to experience your journey to Germany vicariously. Good luck with everything!
