It's time for my weekly menu plan! Blue font indicates recipes I'll share with you throughout the week.
Breakfasts (Eggs are cheap this week):
- Green Eggs & Sweet Potato Biscuits
- Strawberry Pancakes
- Veggie Scramble & Toast
- Bacon &Egg Sandwiches
- Smoothies & muffins
- English Muffins with Peanut Butter
- Scrambled Eggs & Toast
Dinners:
- Smoked Sausage on buns with sauerkraut, pickles, baked beans, and fruit
- Macaroni and cheese with fried green tomatoes
- Soft tacos, spicy rice, and veggies
- Burgers on potato buns with loads of veggies, fries, and icy hot cocoa
- Pork Chops, collard greens, mashed potatoes, and fruit
- Blackeyed peas with snaps and potatoes, cornbread, and pudding
- Pizza and Strawberry Lemonade. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
I'm all about the smoothie lately, can't wait to see what you create!! Your meal plan sounds delicious, but I'd expect no less from you Michelle :)
ReplyDeletesounds delicious! I really need to work on menu planning. I tend to wait until the last moment for the majority of meals and it doesn't work out too well.

ReplyDeleteI wish my kids would drink smoothies! They get all excited and love to help make them, but when it's time to eat them, it's a no go. They won't touch them.
