It's time for my weekly menu plan! Blue font indicates recipes I'll share with you throughout the week.
Breakfasts (Eggs are cheap this week):
- Green Eggs & Sweet Potato Biscuits
- Strawberry Pancakes
- Veggie Scramble & Toast
- Bacon &Egg Sandwiches
- Smoothies & muffins
- English Muffins with Peanut Butter
- Scrambled Eggs & Toast
Dinners:
- Smoked Sausage on buns with sauerkraut, pickles, baked beans, and fruit
- Macaroni and cheese with fried green tomatoes
- Soft tacos, spicy rice, and veggies
- Burgers on potato buns with loads of veggies, fries, and icy hot cocoa
- Pork Chops, collard greens, mashed potatoes, and fruit
- Blackeyed peas with snaps and potatoes, cornbread, and pudding
- Pizza and Strawberry Lemonade. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

sounds delicious! I really need to work on menu planning. I tend to wait until the last moment for the majority of meals and it doesn't work out too well.
i think i saw the icy hot cocoa somewhere so i can't wait to see that again!
I wish my kids would drink smoothies! They get all excited and love to help make them, but when it's time to eat them, it's a no go. They won't touch them.
