You Are What You Eat
They say you are what you eat. More accurately, would you agree that what you see is what you get? Do you agree that if you put in good foods, that you'll get out good results? Good health, longevity, energy, vitality?
And do you agree that if you fill up on junk that you'll get junk out? Well then, what if you put in candy and soda pop? What good could come of that?
Of course I eat candy and drink soda pop. Diet Coke is my pitfall. Love the nasty stuff. After today, I really do have a different opinion, though.
Go do this. I know you've heard of this experiment, but nothing beats trying it out yourself. You'll be amazed at the heights you'll attain.
Take a 2 liter bottle of Diet Coke and plunk in six or so mint Mentos. Go do it. Outside. Far away from the house.
Here's what happens...
Drop the Mentos into the open bottle and run. Fast.
No, really. Run. Faster than this.
Look at that height! We only managed to get four Mentos in!
Our babies wanted to drink the fizzy Mentos Diet Coke. Even after they saw what it did! Or maybe because they saw? :o)
